Leslie Weir
Hello I’m Leslie, your guide on this journey. For almost a decade as a Holistic Nutritionist (CNP), health coach, and yoga teacher, I’ve walked alongside individuals seeking a deeper sense of well-being. But my truest wisdom comes from my own journey...
I've always felt a deep resonance with the archetype of the Witch—even as a young girl making potions, casting spells, and being more interested in the witch than the princess in Disney movies. This archetype has been lit up in me through my deep connection to nature and its cycles, and by trusting my intuition and inner wisdom to navigate the world. For me, embracing this archetype is an act of power and nonconformity—a celebration of living authentically and on my own terms. It's also an invitation to do the shadow work, integrating all parts of myself for true wholeness.
The disruption moment right before my Saturn return, I hit a wall. My health, hormones, and heart were all out of alignment. I tried the trendy wellness routines, completed the workouts, and turned to social media for "ritual inspiration"—only to feel even more disconnected from my truth. But something shifted when I started tuning into my inner seasons, the moon phases, and the natural world around me. I began to feel that connection again, and my body became my ally - The Witch is back! That journey—from total disconnect to joyful embodiment—became the inspiration for Cycles & Seasons, a sacred membership space designed for sensitive souls ready to reclaim their power, pace, and presence.
My work is a unique expression of this ancient wisdom, weaving together the nourishing alchemy of holistic nutrition with the grounding presence of yoga and meditation. It is a calling to guide you in the soulful work of astrology and shadow work, helping you integrate your wholeness and trust the rhythms of your own body, mind, and spirit.

Witch
}
A sovereign keeper of the living world, embodying a deep, reciprocal connection to nature, animals, and spirit. She works alongside herbal allies and uses food for healing, restoration, and embodiment, grounding her practice in the rhythms of Gaia, the seasons, and the Moon. She is a powerful creatrix who seeks no approval, but instead manifests, casts spells, and prays intentionally for the betterment of all living beings and her own kin.
